I’m here to liberate women from the negative impact of diet culture and help them reclaim their worth, self-acceptance, and happiness.

I’ve experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of low self-esteem, the pursuit of “the perfect body”, and the constant pressure to conform. Through my own transformation and realization that my value extends beyond my appearance, I’ve found a deep sense of self-acceptance and freedom.

You deserve so much more out of life than restriction, deprivation, and guilt! My purpose is rooted in my desire to spare other women from enduring the same struggles and wasted years that I experienced.

I want to empower women to recognize their innate worth, embrace their bodies as they are, and prioritize their own well-being. By challenging the notion that attractiveness is the most important aspect of a person’s value, I aim to help women develop a healthy relationship with food, body, and self.

During our time together, the focus is on guiding you to trust yourself, listen to your intuition, and pursue your passions and interests. I understand the importance of self-trust, self-confidence, and developing a strong sense of identity.

My mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you can shed the restrictions of diets, break free from societal pressures, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

The ultimate goal is to empower women to prioritize their well-being, pursue their passions, and live their lives on their own terms.
